At Himalayan Fusion , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange as per the following conditions.
 

 Eligibility for Refunds  

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt for local customers.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.

 

Process for Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Late or Missing Refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment service.
  • If the refund is still not visible, contact your bank as processing time may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
 

Exchanges  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
 

Shipping for Returns 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
